Eligibility for Refund
Customers may be eligible for a refund if:
- They have not downloaded the digital product.
- The downloaded product is significantly different from what was described on the item page.

Please note that due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds for products that have been downloaded, unless they are significantly different from what was described on the item page.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please allow 1-2 months for the refund to be credited back to your account. This time frame may vary depending on your payment provider and their specific policies.
